David ROUMEGOUX

David Roumegoux holds a Master II degree in Environmental Law from Paris-Saclay University, a Master II degree in International and European Litigation Law from Paris-Nanterre University, and has passed the entrance exam for the CRFPA (2023).

David has significant experience in law firms (internships at Ravetto Associés between 2021 and 2023) and at the Franco-German Office for Energy Transition (OFATE). After a secondment to Berlin with partner firm Brahms Nebel & Kollegen (BNK), David joined the Ravetto team in Paris in January 2025.

David advises banks, investors and companies in the renewable energy sector (hydropower, wind power, photovoltaics, biomass) and cogeneration. He works on project financing transactions and acquisitions or equity investments, where he participates in conducting audits and drafting and negotiating contractual documentation.
