Ravetto Associés backs amendment to gas concession
On 23 May 2025, Nantes Métropole and GRDF signed an amendment to their public gas distribution concession contract.
The original concession was concluded in 2007 for thirty years and is now aligned with the new national model.
This model results from the 2022 framework agreement between GRDF, France Urbaine and the FNCCR.
Ravetto Associés advised Nantes Métropole on the legal and contractual structuring of this amendment, with AURAN and NALDEO.
