Arrival of Remy Coin

Rémy Coin has joined our firm as an associate attorney after a prestigious career in the energy industry. A Doctor of Law, Rémy Coin has worked at the EDF group (General Counsel of EDF-Commerce, Regional Director of EDF in the Champagne-Ardenne Region, and General Secretary to the Board of Directors) and at Engie (Head of the Public Law, Criminal Law and Environmental Law Section of the Legal Department, and General Counsel of GRTgaz). Rémy Coin was General Counsel to the French Energy Regulation Commission. From 2008-2018, he was a Commercial Magistrate at the Commercial Court of Bobigny and then at the Commercial Court of Nanterre; he was in charge of emergency interim proceedings at these two jurisdictions and he was President of the Chamber at Bobigny. Rémy teaches Energy Law at Sciences-Po Paris, Université Paris I Sorbonne, and the Faculty of Law of Strasbourg.
