Anne-Laure PROISY
Anne-Laure Proisy, is an attorney who has been with Ravetto Associés since 2009, working on cases involving the implementation of national and European Community provisions relating to the liberalization of the electricity and gas markets. She counsels producers, providers, and industrial clients on their energy purchase and sales contracts, as well as in matters of network access, acquisitions, and equity purchases. Although her practice is mainly focused on counsel, she also performs litigation (litigation before the administrative and commercial courts, and dispute regulation at the Standing Committee for Disputes and Sanctions of the French Energy Regulation Commission (CoRDiS-CRE)).
Anne-Laure Proisy particularly focuses on the contractual and regulatory aspects of the renewable energy (photovoltaic, wind, hydroelectric and biomass) and cogeneration industries.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from the Paris Institute of Political Science (Sciences Po Paris).
