Jules STOLAR

Jules Stolar holds a Master 2 in Public Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and is a graduate of the Institut de Droit Public des Affaires (IDPA).

He joined Ravetto Associés in 2023 following various experiences in jurisdictions, administrative departments and the public law departments of French and Anglo-Saxon business law firms.

Working under the supervision of Patrick Labayle-Pabet, he specializes in public business law, mainly in matters relating to the award and performance of public procurement contracts in the energy sector. He advises and litigates on behalf of public and private operators.
