A former student of literature, Lucie Balmette has a degree in History from the University Paris-Sorbonne and a Master 2 in Public Business Law and Urban Planning from the Université Versailles-Saint-Quentin. She is an attorney and a member of the Paris Bar.
She joined Ravetto Associés in 2016, after completing a number of internships, including with the Conseil Général des Yvelines, at Dalkia and Enedis (formerly ERDF), where she acquired practical experience with public contracts and environmental law.
Her practice involves counsel and defense of public and private actors in the energy sector, in zoning and environmental law, general administrative law, energy law, and contract law. She is particularly focused on matters involving project development for renewable energy producers (administrative permits, lifecycle of facilities, connection, and sale of electricity).
