A project rooted in the Basque Country<\/u><\/p>\n

Patrick Labayle<\/a>, partner at Ravetto Associ\u00e9s, and Jules Stolar<\/a>, associate, assisted the cities of Bayonne and Saint-Pierre-d’Irube in the creation of a heating network, in partnership with Manergy. This project meets the requirements of the City of Bayonne’s ecological and solidarity transition agenda.<\/p>\n

Dalkia has been awarded the concession contract and will be responsible for creating and operating the future heating network.<\/p>\n

The heating network will serve 2,280 housing equivalents, healthcare facilities, new housing, and schools.<\/p>\n

The project is based on a specific energy mix: thalassothermal energy and biomass heating. It is fully in line with the ambitions of the Basque Country urban community’s Climate Plan, which aims to achieve 100% renewable energy by 2050.<\/p>\n

Patrick Labayle assists public authorities in implementing their projects. He is a specialist in public law and public contracts. He is involved in the legal and contractual structuring of infrastructure and public service management projects.<\/p>\n
