Conflict Resolution, Litigation, Arbitration
Our firm counsels its clients in situations of conflict, and, in the event of litigation, assists them before commercial and administrative courts, as well as before the French Energy Regulation Commission (CRE – CoRDiS).
In matters before the CoRDiS, our firm benefits from the experience of Rémy Coin, former legal director of the CRE, who was a Commercial Court magistrate for over 10 years.
In cases involving an administrative trial, our firm intervenes in public contract litigation, including precontractual emergency appeals, in litigation involving the execution of contracts (liability, damages, and expert opinions) and in general administrative law.
Lastly, our firm is particularly experienced in handling industrial arbitration.
