Patrick LABAYLE-PABET

Patrick Labayle-Pabet is an attorney who has been the partner in charge of Ravetto Associés’ public law practice since 2010.

He holds a Specialization Certificate in Public Law from the Paris Bar, with a further specialization in public procurement, a degree from the Institute of Public Business Law (IDPA), and gained great expertise during his years spent at French and Anglo-American corporate law firms.

Additionally, Patrick Labayle-Pabet teaches at The University Paris XI and teaches a number of continuous education courses on public procurement.

He is specialized in public contract law (public procurement, public service delegations, and PPPs), and advises both public and private entities involved in public projects of various types. He has expertise acting as counsel in all domains of public law, and representing clients in litigation before administrative courts.

He has a regular column in the French professional legal publication JurisclasseurContrats Publics and contributes to the World Bank survey of public procurement (Benchmarking Public Procurement 2016 – World Bank Group).
