Lucie NZONZA

Lucie Nzonza holds a Master’s degree Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris, as well as an Advanced Master’s degree in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC Business School. She also holds a double degree in Economics from Sciences Po Paris and Keio University (Tokyo, Japan).

Lucie joined Ravetto Associés in 2023 after several internships in business law with tier-1 law firms and the legal departments of ENGIE and BNP Paribas. She gained experience in complex contracts and compliance (Sapin 2 law, duty of care, internal investigations).

At the firm, Lucie assists industrial operators and investors with acquisitions and sales of companies and assets, as well as with legal due diligences, drafting of private contracts and project financing, particularly in the field of renewable energy production.
