Daniel Azan’s practice focuses on sell-side and buy-side corporate M&A operations and on restructuring of distressed companies, with a pragmatic approach to his cases that he acquired working in London and New York Magic Circle firms.
He also represents his clients in corporate and contractual disputes and litigation before the commercial jurisdictions and in arbitration.
He acquired significant experience in industrial and trade cases in the United Arab Emirates and in Qatar, where he worked for a number of years, as well as in Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia. He is familiar with the business context in the Gulf countries, where he has an extended network of personal and professional contacts.
He is well-acquainted with the fields of natural gas (small scale utility projects), agro-business and rail.

He holds a DEA in International Private Law from the University of Paris 1 and is also a graduate of the Paris Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations (Classical Arabic and Arabic Civilization).
