Sidra SALIM

Sidra Salim is a diplomate of the Université Paris V Descartes. She holds a Master II in Civil and Commercial Obligations law.

Sidra joined Ravetto & Associés in 2023 after working in the Banking and Finance department of a French tier 1 law firm and after former experiences in several Finance / Project Finance departments in English and American law firms.

A specialist in Business Law, Sidra is of counsel to banks, investors, and corporations in the fields of renewable energy (hydroelectricity, wind energy, solar energy, and biomass) and cogeneration. She works on project finance operations and acquisitions and mergers, where she performs audits and drafts and negotiates contractual documents.
